1. Acceptance
By using CR AudioViz AI and Javari AI services, you agree to these terms. Our platform is operated by CR AudioViz AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (EIN: 39-3646201) based in Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Service Description
We provide AI-powered tools including but not limited to chat, image generation, voice synthesis, grant discovery, competitor intelligence, and community features. Services are provided on a credit-based system with free and paid tiers.
3. Credits and Payments
Free accounts receive 100 credits per month. Mission-driven groups (veterans, nonprofits, animal rescues, faith communities, first responders) receive 200 credits per month. Credits do not roll over. Paid plans are processed via Stripe and PayPal. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using our tools belongs to you. CR AudioViz AI retains rights to platform infrastructure, branding, and underlying systems. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
CR AudioViz AI provides services as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
