1. Information We Collect
We collect email addresses, usage data, and content you submit to our AI tools. For OAuth sign-ins, we receive basic profile information from the OAuth provider. We do not store passwords in plain text.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails, and detect abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. AI inputs are processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) under their respective privacy policies.
3. Data Storage
User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe and PayPal. We implement AES-256 encryption for sensitive secrets.
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@craudiovizai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and local storage for user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
